Common Problems Solved with this Solution

In addressing the common issue of poor gloss in composite manufacturing, Chem-Trend provides effective solutions. Certain parts often require high gloss levels, but inconsistencies can develop post-molding. To tackle this, Chem-Trend has introduced a specialized primer product designed to be applied to a clean mold surface before the release agent. This primer ensures an exceptionally high gloss fixed onto the mold, replicating it onto each molded part. The use of this special primer can significantly reduce or even eliminate the need for flame-polishing of molded parts, contributing to a more efficient and streamlined manufacturing process.
