Common Problems Solved with this Solution
Rubber Chunking
Rubber chunking, where rubber unintentionally adheres to the mold during extraction, causing voids and mold residue, is addressed by Chem-Trend’s plunger lubricants. In rubber-bonding, adhesives emit gasses onto the mold, leading to rubber adhesion. Chunking arises when the rubber-to-rubber bond is weaker than the rubber-to-mold surface bond. Chem-Trend’s plunger lubricants prevent adhesive transfer, effectively mitigating rubber chunking for a smoother manufacturing process.
